Having trouble?

If you find you are having trouble with your Jayflex gear, the set-up, or have a concern, please contact us at support@jayflexfitness.com. We have found that most concerns are quickly resolved through a brief communication with one of our customer care agents. They would love to assist you.

 

How to start a return:

To begin the process and to receive a return shipping label, email our returns department at support@jayflexfitness.com

Please note the following: 

  • Returns must be in new condition, and within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returns must be sent back in original packaging. 
  • Your refund will be issued in 3-5 business days after the return has been received. 
  • For International orders, all sales are final. 

     

    APO/FPO/DPO/PO Boxes: Exchanges and returns to APO/FPO/DPO/PO Boxes cannot be managed by JAYFLEX. In this instance, you will be responsible for all shipping expenses and label creation. Please reach out to support@jayflexfitness.com for details.

    International Orders: We do not accept returns or exchanges on ANY orders outside the contiguous US. Duties and taxes are not paid by Jayflex and are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be collected at checkout. We are not responsible for any additional country fees that may apply.

    We currently only ship within the USA, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all military bases.
