    Great for Travel!

Depending on your situation, this may be the best option for home. It's certainly better than typical doorway pullup bars with a bar that has to rest on the face of your molding below the top of the door frame, which often results in denting the molding. And it's less expensive than the free-standing collapsible pullup bar by TrapezeRigging, which starts at $200. If you have the money, the bar by TrapezeRigging is better, as it feels more stable, there's no danger of damaging your door frame, and it will collapse down when not in use (great for apartments and other small living quarters). But for travel, there's no better option than the Jayflex CrossGrips. They easily fit in you bag and are the only option I know of that will allow you to do full body-weight pullups when traveling. The only other travel-friendly options I know of are suspension trainers (TRX, etc.), but they won't allow full body-weight resistance when attached to a door (feet on the ground = reduced resistance). So CrossGrips are the way to go when traveling!

    Cool product, questionable quality control

One of the grips came wrongly assembled, got it exchanged via customer service. Aside from that, it gets the job done, very compact and sturdy.

Awesome pull up bars, exactly as advertised

I was very impressed with the cross grips. I've used door frame pull up bars for years but always struggle to find a pull up bar when I travel. I travel for work at least 2-3x a month so I was very eager to give this product a try. The price seemed steep at first but I do feel they are worth it. They are sturdier and heavier than I expected, two solid chunks of metal. They do fold down fairly compact. Once mounted over a door it feels very solid. I've used them at several hotels and have not come across any issues with fit. I also completed the murph workout using them (100 weighted pull-ups) with no issue. They pass straight through TSA security in carry on bag. Bottom line: if you want a portable pull up bar and don't mind adding several lbs to your bags, get these.

    Great product

Easy to use, and allows me to use it on my office door jam.

  • How strong are CrossGrips?
Unlike other pull-up bars, CrossGrips use the molding on the front and back of the door. This makes them incredibly strong and allows them to hold up to 300 lbs of weight.

Will CrossGrips fit on my door?
CrossGrips are built to adjust and fit on almost any door. Just to be sure it fits on your door, here are the specifications. The molding height must be between 2 and 4 inches. The width of the door frame should be 4.5” and 7.5”. See diagram on CrossGrips page for more details.

Can I take CrossGrips on a plane?
Absolutely. CrossGrips are TSA friendly. Depending on the airport you may have to take them out of your carry-on (just like a laptop) but you will have no issues after that.

    Do CrossGrips have a warranty?
CrossGrips have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your CrossGrips, send them back (for free) within 30 days and receive a full refund.

Can I return CrossGrips if they don’t fit my door?
Yes, and it is free. CrossGrips come with a 30-day warranty. If you receive CrossGrips and they don’t fit your door, send them back at no cost to you and get a full refund.
